"Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City are the most populated metropolitans in America. I lived in all three, one in literal millions. In order to call each home, I cooked and ate meals passed down from my family's previous generations. A sort of sanctification of the space I lived in. With this project, I juxtapose a state change from ingredients to dish. Communicating with a third person omniscient perspective, the two elements speak to the power of familiarity and my personal concept of home."
